  1. An evocative cover, with the fog blurring the outlines of the building giving a mysterious edge to the image. A young woman, the heroine of the story is moving quickly through the haze towards an unknown (as yet) goal. The dark banner for the title also adds to the mystery giving a midnight black border that silhouettes the hawk, coming in to land with its outspread wings. The cityscape also adds to the outline of the plot which draws the reader in.

  4. I love the way this cover creates a sense of mystery and danger. Where is she going so late at night? Can't wait to read the entire story.
